Met Piper at her place.  It was nice to run again.

Ran with Piper.  We did the trail loop.  I tried to keep the pace as quick as possible.  Lars had to be at a customer's house earlier than usual today.  As I hurried up the stairs after the run, I tweaked my knee.  It hurts a little when I pivot off my right foot and it does have a touch of swealing.  My glad my knees not worse.  Lars said if I lifted more I wouldn't have hurt it.  I don't know if I quite buy that.

Met Piper at her place.  I didn't notice my knee during the run.  Although afterwards, Lars said I was limping.  I didn't really notice that either.

Ran with Piper.  I am trying to be kind to my knee.  We ran 3 instead of 4.  And we decided against running trails this weekend.  My knee is a little stiff, but better than the past couple of days.  I notice it more when I squat or kneel than when I pivot.

circuit workout:  plank alternating lifting leg, preacher lung hold, balance posture with bent knee, calf raises, raise hand to foot--abs, rows--abs.

Ran with Piper.  It was light the whole run.  I enjoyed being able to look at the houses we run by.

My knee felt fine.  Just a bit stiff.
