I worked out tonight. One minute each--three times--of lunges, the leg lift (abs), push-ups, bent over rowing 10 lbs (back), bent over flies (shoulders), and bicycle (abs). So a twenty-one minute work out. I'm trying to keep it simple and go slowly. I want to still be doing circut training--hopefully 15 one minute workouts three times each--in a year and a half. And maybe by then I won't be on my knees for the push-ups. |
