Will enjoyed the whole run today. We ran the first 3.6 with Jade. I felt a little slow at first, but it was a good run. I had a moment when I thought, "I can run five miles. . . and it's easy. Wow, I am amazing!"
Nice work! I am seriously impressed that you run pushing a stroller. I tried it for about 1/2 a mile when my best friend's daughter was a newborn, and it was hard! I saw somewhere on the blog that Sasha said that running with a stroller is equivalent to adding 2:00 per mile!
