I wasn't excited about today's run, but I did get out the door.  Will and I ran three on the bike path.  I felt very slow and sore.

Accomplishments this week:

1) Ran four times!

2) Exercised all six days!

I don't think I over did it.  I don't remember the last time I ran four times in one week--probably last fall.

For next week:

1) Run four times again.  Stay at the 3 and 3.5 distance.  Look for ways to enjoy the runs.

2) Exercise all six days.  Add an ab workout to the jump session.  Stretch more.

3) Get to bed early.
