I ran on my in-laws treadmill. I did one minute intervals of 6-7-8-9 intensity again and again. Near the end I did a couple 10's. I had a good time. I watched Serena Williams's advance to the finals at Wimbeldon. While on the treadmill, I thought about some things I want to put on my "100 things to do before I die" or my bucket list or whatever you want to call it. (I don't have an official list.)
