I am determined to get as many runs as possible while it's still light before seven. Today was successful. I definitely want to add a bit on to my run. I want to run 3 or 3.5. But, right now I'm happy that I'm waking up and getting the run in. I want to keep this up and get up to six days a week. Right now I'd love 4 days a week. Played volleyball tonight. It was fun to run a few steps here and there. I enjoyed digging the serves. 5 minutes of abs.
