It was harder to get out the door today.  Because I am so sore from yesterday's lunges and wall sit, I told myself that if I was completely miserable on my run I could cut it to four miles.  I was slow, but the run went fine and I was able to do five miles.  Temp 19 degrees and wind chill 6 degrees, so pretty warm.

6 degrees is warm?!? You are AMAZING! I am in awe. Great job as always, Adrianne.

You crack me up- those are warm temps?! Love the pics of you all bundled up a couple days ago. Great job in mileage this week. What is your mileage goal for the year? I think you're gonna get some killer miles in '08 if you already have so many in miserable Jan. You rock!
