I ran with Katrina.  I thought I was slow, but Katrina said we didn't run slow at all.  The last few hills were tough.  I got a cramp and had to stop, so we walked the last half a mile--making the run five miles instead of five and a half.  It was very good we stopped then.  I didn't realize my hips were not doing so well until we stopped.  My hips were achy all morning.

Oh...I know that achy all morning feeling...a sure sign that you are pregnant! I was just thinking about you and hoping you are taking it easy. It should feel slow and easy to you all the time now...that is the beauty of running pregnant. You just really get to relax and enjoy the fact that you are in shape.
