Dreaded going out. My right shoe is still bothering my ankle. I re-tied my shoes at least four times during the first mile. My hip has been stiff lately. But, my ankle and hip feel better after a mile.
I was wondering about you....I've been sick so haven't had much extra me to check on everybody. I'm going to send some heat waves your way to melt the rest of your ice and snow!!!
