I'm still here, still running 3 to 4 times a week. I'm not training for anything, but the girls I run with are. It's fun to do long runs with them.

I must be nuts if I consider running 10 miles fun.

Not much running happening here. My running partners are diminishing.

Piper is fighting migraines and her meds make her super tried all the time. So when we run 3 miles, it feels to her like we ran 5. Her heart started to race during our runs too. Not good.

Shaneen started school and is still working. I see her every other Saturday.

Suzie moved away back in August.

I'm keeping my eyes open.
