Today I decided to run four instead of six miles.  Will and I had a pleasant run with Jade.  Near the end of the I asked Jade if she was ready to run five miles.  Four miles hasn't been a big deal lately and she said she was up for trying.  So, next Wednesday, we'll try our first five mile run together.  I want to come up with a couple five mile routes.  Got to have variety.

I am grateful for running partners.  They make the world a better place.

Addiction.  It's the only way to explain it.  I can't stop.  While, I was changing sheets and loading the washing machine, I thought I could run another three miles.  No sweat!  And that's what Will and I did, after Will ate lunch.  Seriously, I couldn't just run four today.  Had to run more.

Yeah for Jade wanting to do 5 miles!!! Running partners are great. At some point I'm going to have to find one again. Right now, though I am enjoying my solo jogs. Love ya, Ace.

Sounds like your running partner is progressing, that is good you have her along from time to time too. Maybe once she gets a little more of base she will want to come with you more often. As far as running goes for me, variety is the spice of life and running. I have to mix it up as much as possible or I get really bored too!

Wow and you are back in the shape of I don't know what...a woman who is going places with her running...I hope you get a good time on Saturday without too much pain...I think you are in for a fun surprise.

Maybe I'm getting a teeny break right now because it is going to be twins next time...who knows. The next five names were Mary, Matthew, William, Steven and Bella...not in any particular order but I guess if it was a girl and a boy I'd do Matthew and Mary together.

Yay for not running around the block...thank goodness you can have some variety now.

Amanda(my running partner) had misunderstood me about why I said you couldn't run with me anymore. She thought you still lived in your Provo house and had just had a baby. She asked if maybe you'd start running with us again soon...ooo I wish it was that simple. have a good one.

Yes, when we visit each other, we can totally run together. I'll call you tomorrow and give you an allergy dr report. I got most of the errand's done.

Great job! At this rate, you will run 2008 miles in 2007! I can't wait to hear how your race goes this weekend.
