I decided to take a vacation from running today.  The past two days I've been rushing Will and I out the door as soon as Will has eaten breakfast and is dressed.  I didn't want to do it for a third day in a row.  My weekly goals this week revolve around simplifying and slowing down.  Instead of running, I wrote some thank you notes.  This afternoon I did lunges, the wall sit, tricep pushups, abs, and the plank.

I made it to a hundred miles again this month.  Two months down.  One to go.

Way to prioritize! Some days we need to change things up to remember what's important- good job. So I see you mentioned 2 m. down, 1 to go for 100 / mo. Is your goal to do 100 3 mo. in a row? You asked about my Feb. 10k- its this Sat! I'm still debating if I'm going to run it. I probably will since I already signed up & paid. But I don't feel too good and no body else I know is running it, so I'm not very excited... I guess I should just do it as a training run. Anyway- have an excellent day!

Yeah, I hope to do at least another 100 in February. It's so cold that it's hard to get out sometimes. My goal for March is at least 120. I need to start throwing in long runs to get ready for the half in April. Good luck in your race on Saturday!
