Exhasted from little sleep and the terrible cold, I took a nap instead of running.  I was out for two hours.

Oh..poor Adrianne...you must be so sick to sleep that long in the day...well..I can sleep that long on Sundays but I can't see you napping for two hours unless you were really tired. Sleep is actually the best thing for a terrible cold. Also garlic is really really good for the immune system when you feel terrible. If you can force yourself to and if Lars can stand the smell eat a few whole garlic cloves during the day for a few days (I'm thinking 3). The way I make it so I can stand it is this.

Peel the garlic, crush or chop it or not if you are lazy, get a piece of cheese, get a piece of bread....have a garlic cheese sandwich..It almost tastes like a Dorito..minus the MSG. Good luck darling.
