Well, I ran a mile out to the cross country course.  I ran the outside of the course, but I am not sure how far I ran.  I started at the 2 mile sign.  Then I proceeded to pass a 7K, a 1K, a 4 mile, a 3K, a 3 mile, and a 5K/9K sign.  And I even saw a 6 mile sign.  I think I ran about a 2 mile loop around the course--Well, I was just surfing the internet, trying to find more information on the Ashton Cross Country Course and it said that the perimeter was 2,000 meter.  So I guess I didn't run that far--just over a mile.  So I only ran 4 miles instead of the 5 I thought I did.  Shoot.  I felt like I was working really hard and keeping a good pace.  It took me just over an hour to run to the course, run around the course, run a half mile further out on the bike trail (which is very close to the CC course), and then run the mile and a half home.  Next time I am not taking my watch.  I felt like it was a good long run, but with my watch I feel very, very slow.  Oh, well--on to putting up some pictures on my electronic photo album.

Hello my beautiful sparkly face...hello my baby willy boy!!! Has he taken any steps by himself yet? Jakey has taken three at a time for the last few days but usually just falls forward in my arms and laughs.

Crazy confusing signs...well at least you are going to have fun finding some new courses...too bad...no more runs around the block :)

Hey Adrianne! I am excited to see you here. I have been hearing about you for a long time from Sarah. Hope you are enjoying your new home. Moving is always craziness...

Welcome to the blog!

P.S. You look like you could be Sarah's sister.

Funny you should say that Lybi...you should have seen people get us confused when we both cut our hair...okay one person but it made us look even more alike. :) Hope you two get to be friends too :) :)

Oh good...you got your personal stuff working okay. I like your blog name but you'll have to tell me where crumpy comes from..I'm sure there is a story.
