Will slept most of the run.  It was a beautiful, sunny day.  My only complaint about the run was my bottom/ham string.  It bothered me the entire run, but only on my run.  My hip felt great the rest of the day.

Sorry about the hamstring! The stroller misalignment makes sense.

I just now saw your entry from yesterday-great job on the ab workouts this week! I need to get back into that. It would be fun to see my stomach muscles again, like I did for about a week in 2000!

Better get that stroller checked out, don't want you to get any more sore (that's 11pm grammar for you) Nice work with fitting in the toning exercises!! I sprang for a cheap personal training 6 week program that I'm hoping will kick my rear (literally- ha!) into shape!
