Will enjoyed the entire run again today.  We ran on the marked trail again for the fast miles.  The first mile was mostly down hill with the wind--8:07.  The second mile was mostly up hill against the wind--8:28.  16:35.

How fars the library, will it be faster to run, or drive? We will all completely understand if we don't hear from you for a while..... no time to bog, must keep reading!!!! (Enjoy!!) :) :)

good to hear from you too....boy...I'm having a rough time of it now. I got another blood sugar crash on my run and I'm feeling discouraged. Your times are great. Did Sasha write you back about your question on the stroller? I didn't read the whole comment but I'm not sure if he really has scientifically proven his 2 minute per mile theory...probably just a rough guess. Anyway..I told him my predication for your 5K and he agreed with me!! He says you are in about the same shape as Benjamin (is that good or bad..don't know....I'd love to be able to keep up with that little darling personally).

Anyway, I came up with the time based on your consistent ability to run fast in training for 2 miles..plus now you do it with a stroller!!! It will take concentration and a bit of sweat but I think you could win a ribbon out of the effort at least...maybe even a loaf of bread or some other really cool prize.
