Will and I saw a blue jay and a cardinal.  We also saw beautiful fall trees.

I felt a tired on the run today.  Not worn out, but tired.  I hope I haven't over done the mileage this week--I wanted to get over thirty miles.  I don't think I have.  Tomorrow I am going to run four.

I'll probably be fine.  It's just a race.  If I don't finish under 23 minutes, life will still be good.  And I can try again later.

Good luck, Adrianne! I can't want to read about your race. You are a speedy chica! I bet you'll surprise yourself.
