I ran the 1.3 loop through my parents' neighborhood four times again.  My sister, Margaret, joined me on the first two laps.  She and her family arrived today from Texas.  Family is so fun.

Can you believe I made my goal of running at least 100 miles in December?  With today and Monday, I'll make it to 110 miles!  Shoot!  I could have made it to 120.  That's easy to say now.  Since it's currently 35 degrees here in Columbus and 10 degrees back home in Iowa!!!  (I am loving the warmer weather.)  However, for this winter, I am going to stick to 100 miles per month.

I'm sooo glad that you are getting some nice weather to run in. When do you have to go back home? You are really getting in the miles...

I haven't exactly committed to Painters 100%, I'm sure that I will but I'll make a decision real soon, because the deadline is the 11th. I really want to do it, I did something to my knee totally non-running related and I'm just trying to see how it's tolerating the increased mileage. so far pretty good I just don't want to cause a long term set back! If it's not one thing it's another with me! I'm really not usually like this at all!
