I don't know how you guys do it.  Getting out the door to run once is tough.  But doing it twice a day.  My hat's off to you, Lybi, and you, Michelle, and anyone else that runs twice a day.

So this morning, Will and I ran three miles with Jade.  Then Will and I rushed off to the doctor's for Will's fifteen month check-up.  I was under the impression that Will didn't have to get any shots at this well baby appointment.  WRONG!  Poor Will.  He got four shots AND they pricked his finger to draw blood.  He was so sad.  When we got home, he slept for two and a half hours.  He's back to his normal self tonight.  We were just dancing to music and bouncing, throwing, and kicking the BIG basketball.

This afternoon I ran five.  It's definitely different running without Will or Jade or my watch.  I felt good when it was over.

It sounds like you successfully completed two runs today, too! Great job! Especially while being a mom! I have a hard enough time running once a day right now and it's only me....great job.

Have you added yoga to your workouts yet? That is one of my short term goals, but I haven't quite managed to do it. I've never done yoga, actually, but hear it is great for you.

Wondermom! Where do you find the energy?

From crumpyb1 on Mon, Oct 15, 2007 at 20:57:25

Energy? I have a smidge of the energy Sarah has. She's my inspiration.

Lorenzpsu--I wrote you a novel about yoga on your blog.

Gee Whiz, Ace. Sounds like Will got at 15 months what Abby got at a year. I seriously don't remember Abby getting any, but maybe my memory is going the way of Mom's. I didn't mean to mislead you!!! I'm glad Will is feeling better.

You are now officially a member of the two runs a day club too! I am VERY impressed. I'm with Amanda-once a day is about all I can squeeze in!

I'm glad Will is feeling better.

Sounds like you had a crazy day! I read about all the grocery shopping ect. I feel like you a lot when company comes over too. Just try and relax and have fun!

Oh I was going to ask you about yoga too. I would love to add that to my workouts, I think that it would help keep things streched out good, but I don't know when, and I really have a hard time with dvd's any suggetions or a good video to buy?

I change things up to work my body parts that I can still move that day. I am getting better tho I have not been to sore latley. I really have just started the running stuff and before this all I knew was all the other cardio.

I don't know that I could run everyday. I have to mix it up.

I am still trying to get rid of my twin jelly bowl so I do a bit of everything.
