I am loving the summer weather!  The high today was 86.  I hope fall can be nice and long, too.

My fast miles were awesome.  I was trying for 1:50 quarters.  I started out slow again, but overall I was pleased.

So, 7:44 and 7:27 for 15:11!  That's a PR for an outdoor track.  I was very tired, but I ran the 3.2 more miles to make it an even 7.

wow!!! what a crazy running nut you are. I'm excited that you are doing so well. 7 miles and a time trial in the middle...Check out ArmyRunners blog...he has quite a story on it. He was in an accident but is okay...We were calling him back and forth our whole way home....wondering if we would get home okay (from St.George) I saw Angie moving out all of her stuff today..she gave me her kitchen table and it works perfectly in our little nook of a kitchen....huge blessing...besides the fact that Sasha's best friend Ted is alive!! I want to tell you more but I've gotta get to bed. Take care
